Fellowships and programs designed to support high-impact AI safety work
Astra Fellowship
A fully-funded, in-person program pairing emerging researchers with senior advisors on focused 3-6 month projects in technical safety, governance, strategy, or field-building.
Visiting Fellowship
A lightly-structured 3-6 month funded fellowship for full-time AI safety researchers to connect with the Constellation network and work from our Berkeley research center.
Incubator
Our incubator seeks to build the next wave of organizations working on advanced AI risks. We provide four months of funding, operational support, and access to our expert network.
General Hosting & Visitors
We host short-term visitors and provide ongoing workspace and network access for select individuals and teams working on AI safety.

General Hosting & Visitors
Our Berkeley research center hosts select individuals and teams working on AI safety.
We provide ongoing access to our Berkeley research center for established individuals and organizations in our network whose work aligns closely with our mission and benefits from proximity to our network.
Constellation also offers short-term visits for AI safety and security talent – and for experienced professionals from other industries who are interested in contributing to the field.
